NOT KNOWN FACTUAL STATEMENTS ABOUT WEPLAY儲�?

Won't be able to login on the application. Preserve finding an error. App is English though the error is in Chinese so I don't know what it can be. Rebooted cell phone, uninstalled/reinstalled application, turned off facts for a couple of minutes, but no use. I nevertheless are unable to log in into the application.---------------------------------
